Garlic-spiked Broccoli and Mushrooms

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes, until mushrooms release juice.
  4. Add broccoli and rosemary and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
