Ingredients

Onion Rice

Procedures

  1. Cook Onion and green pepper in sauce pan in butter until soft. Add Chicken; cook 2 minutes longer.
  2. Stir in Chicken, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, thyme, red pepper and ginger.
  3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Serve over Onion rice.
Onion Rice
  1. Cook Onion and rice in butter until golden.
  2. Add broth and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, stir once, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
