Maple Cranberry Vinaigrette

- This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
- sea salt to taste
- ½ cup canola oil
- In a bowl, whisk together syrup, mustard, vinegar, cranberry juice,and salt to taste.
- Add the oil in a stream, whisking and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
