Nuoc Cham is the name of the Spicy Fish Sauce. This sauce can be served with soups.

Spicy Fish Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 red chili peppers
• 4 cloves garlic
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• ½ cup fish sauce
• 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 cup water

Procedures

1. Make a mixture with the ingredients and add the fish sauce, lime juice and water.
