Rhubarb Bread Crisp

Procedures
- Spread each bread slice with 5 mL butter or margarine, then cut in cubes (1 to 1.5 cm).
- Combine 75 mL Sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut fresh rhubarb in 3 cm pieces.
- In a greased 1 L baking dish, layer half of rhubarb, bread cubes and Sugar mixture.
- Repeat each layer.
- Dot with 15 mL butter or margarine and sprinkle with 5 mL Sugar.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes at l90C (375 F).
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
- Makes 4 servings (125 mL each).
