Description
Nuoc Cham is the name of the Spicy Fish Sauce. This sauce can be served with soups.

Ingredients
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- ½ cup fish sauce
- 1 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup water
Procedures
- Make a mixture with the ingredients and add the fish sauce, lime juice and water.
