Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

Description

A dipping sauce for Vietnamese rolls, like the Soft Rolls with Crab

Ingredients

• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup fish sauce (nam pla)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• juice of ½ a lime

Procedures

1. Mix together ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
